Teaching Material

I used to look at teachers who teach the same subject with the same material year after year and think, "Poor guy.  That must be so boring.  I wonder how he got stuck doing that..."

But now I think they're brilliant and super fortunate!!!!  It is so much work to come up with new material to teach... but gosh, after 10 years of the same thing every year, the only preparation for your classes would be to grade assignments.  And you would get the same paycheck as, no, a bigger paycheck than these new teachers who have to come up with new things every night.
