Shoot for the Moon

You know, that quote.  That quote that makes zero sense... you know that if you shoot for the moon, you will never, ever land among the stars.  No, no.  When did this quote come about?  The fourteenth century??  Anyway... moving on.

What if I spend my life bustin' my butt for it to be extraordinary, and it just ends up mediocre?  I have asked that question a few times.  That would be sad...

I guess because if I settle for my life to be mediocre, the best it will be is mediocre.  And it will probably end up somewhere below that.  It's like grades.  You shoot for a 110 on that test, you get a 100.  You shoot for 100, you probably make a 97.
