"Choosing inclusive language is one way to show respect for diversity and enhance your personal credibility as well."

AHHHHHHHHH THIS MAKES ME MAD!!  This was under the section "Inclusive Language" (politically correct term for "politically correct language") in my public speaking textbook.

That's exactly what Pastor Joshua talked about at the Forty.  That is NOT a way to respect diversity.  That is how you ignore diversity.  Pretending that there is no diversity.

This is how you really respect diversity:

Recognize diversity.  Identify and acknowledge differences.  Work to reconcile.  Appreciate each different group.

Not mask, ignore, neglect, or superficially "appreciate" diversity.
